All products are made-to-order via print-on-demand. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds except as required by law or in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged products upon delivery,
- Production or printing errors,
- Lost or damaged shipments caused by the carrier.
Claims must be submitted with photos within 7 days of delivery to info@italydesignstudio.com.
Returns are not accepted for customer errors (wrong size, color, or change of mind).
