By accessing and purchasing from this site, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed through Shopify. Payments are secure and handled by certified providers.

2. Products

All items are print-on-demand. Images are for illustration; colors and proportions may vary slightly.

3. Shipping & Returns

Fulfillment is managed by Printful. Refunds/returns are only accepted for defective products or as required by law (see Refund Policy).

4. Use of Site

It is forbidden to misuse the site, commit fraud, or copy content without authorization.

5. Liability

ItalyDesignStudio is not responsible for courier delays, customs issues, customer errors, or misuse of products.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. International customers are protected by applicable consumer protection regulations in their country of residence where mandatory.
